Kate is the Principal Consultant and founding Director of Delos Consulting.

Kate returned to New Zealand after 13 years in Melbourne working for a variety of organisations spanning across large corporates through to small community focused co-operatives.

With extensive experience in all facets of HR and organisational development (OD), Kate can support you in a number of areas including strategic planning, change management, learning & development, transforming team / organisational cultures, HR process redesign, driving diversity & inclusion, leadership development and employment relations.

Kate is passionate about creating exceptional workplaces that bring the best out of people - ensuring the delivery of great business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
